    • How do things work?

      The principle of operation is very simple: some people planning a trip somewhere, keep their route and travel dates in the system, others point out what, when and where they need to transmit or deliver, and service provides both of them very simple search engine applications.

    • Does the service has any commission?

      At the moment, the service is free. Any financial and organizational issues that arise between users, they decide together on their own.

    • How to protect yourself in the implementation of the delivery?

      Remember that at the moment when you check out and took the parcel, it is you who takes the responsibility for its contents, so you need to follow safety rules:

      • On personal meeting, ask to show you the contents of the parcel or envelope;
      • Save the passport data as the sender (the person who sends the parcel), and the recipient of sending (to whom it is transmitted) in any way you want: a photocopy, scan or photo on the phone; and do not forget to check the photos!
      • Do not take the sealed envelopes or wrapped parcels and goods in their original packaging, which are not purchased by you, for example, coffee or tea and so on;
      • Do not agree to carry expensive jewelry and money;
      • Do not agree to leave the parcel at the due place or the cache. There must be a specific parcel recipient and the recipient must have a name and contacts!

      In the implementation of international delivery:

      • Specify in advance what the customs rules apply in the destination country;
      • Review the restrictions imposed by your airlinefor the transportation of luggage and carry-on baggage;
      • Make sure that the contents of the parcel is not in the list of the stuff prohibited for carriage in accordance with national and international laws.

    • How to transport goods?

      If you are transporting the goods ordered at your address with Amazon or any other online store, in order to save space in your luggage, you can get rid of extra package in which the goods is brought to you, but do not break, wrinkle or throw away the original packaging of goods before being sent to the customer. While air transporting choose your hand luggage as much as possible. If the goods can’tbe transported in carry-on baggage, do not neglect the additional packing and insurance facilities. You bear the financial risks, so you should take care of the presentation and preservation of items you purchased.

      Please note that in implementation of international shipping safety guidelines for the transfer of parcels are relevant: please specify custom rules and restrictions of airlines!

    • What to write in comment to an application for a trip?

      Write the maximum weight, size of the parcel, which you can take with you, if you are ready to purchase any goods for your own money, as well as the maximum amount of money you could invest. Specify the reward you would like to receive (money, services, chocolates, great thanks).

    • How to pay for purchases of goods?

      By default, the one who delivers the goods buys it for his own money, and when he comes to the place, exchanges goods for compensation. We strongly recommend you to clarify the value of the goods and to negotiate the amount of compensation in advance! Optionally, you can sign an  agreement with the customer.

    • What should I do if I bring goods but a person refuse?

      Edible have to be eaten, inedible - leave to yourself, donate or sell. Importantly, do not forget to leave a REVIEW to warn others about dishonest customer.

      If it is a significant cost purchases, we recommend to sign an  agreement with the customer (check out the question "How to protect yourself in the implementation of delivery?").

  • Transfer of parcels and envelopes

    • How to choose a reliable executor and ensure the safety of their premises?

      Meet with prospective courier online, exchange contacts, make friends on social networks, take a photo for memory, in general, meet. Pay attention to the reviews. If you pass something valuable, ask him to show a copy of the ticket on the train, plane, ship, space shuttle, etc., so that you can make sure that people traveling / flying exactly where specified in his bid for the trip.

      Save carrier’spassport data in any convenient way for you: in the form of a photocopy, scan or photo on the phone (and do not forget to check the photo!). We also recommend you to execute the contract in any writing form between you and the contractor, be sure to include all information about sending and delivery terms.

      If you pass things and documents by train, try to arrange both seeing-off (bring your parcel to the car or give artist a lift to the station, put on a train, wave to him with a handkerchief) and meeting (on the platform with bread and salt and identification plates –so as not to get lost!) .     • How to pack a parcel for transferring the executor?

      No way! Do not pack the parcel or tape the envelope so as while transferring to executor you could show him its contents. Courier bears responsibility, including criminal, for the contents of the parcel, so he has a right to know what he is transporting.

    • How to thank for the transfer of parcels?

      Payment does not have to be financial. You can offer the traveler to meet him at the train station / airport and pick him up where he wants, share food parcels, treat dinner, arrange tours - the options are unlimited! Even if your application is a charity, and a man who offered you help is unselfishly of altruists, thank him with small gifts, chocolate or cakes for the trip.

    • What can’t be passed?

      Objects and substances

      • prohibited by local and international criminal law;
      • Prohibited for carriage by Customs regulations of the country of dispatchor destination;
      • Prohibited by rules for carriage of passenger traffic in the long-distance trains, as well as by the rules for carriage of passengers and luggage in airline.

      Remember that phones tend to be discharged, and the planes and trains - to be late, so you should in advance save your contacts and information about the flight / train and discuss a meeting place and markings!

    • How to thank for delivery?

  • Transportation of animals

    • How to pass a small animal by train?

      Ensure the carrier with all necessary for transportation. Need a veterinary passport stamped on vaccinations and a certificate from the state (!) veterinary clinic (taken maximum 3 days prior to travel), receipt of "baggage", a plastic container and, if possible, a soft carrying bag of appropriate size, and disposable diapers or pads, harness and leash, food.     • How to pass a small animal by plane?

      Ensure the carrier with all necessary for transportation (check out the previous question) and pay the freight as non-standard baggage. Before you book a ticket and no later than 36 hours before departure you must contact the airline and register the animal on the flight. As a rule, airlines require that the weight of the pet with the carryingshould beno more than 8 kg., and the sum of the three dimensions of a carry (length + height + width) should not exceed 115 cm.
